Just some tips you may or may not want: (If anyone else has anymore please add!)
*Think of it more as changing your lifestyle, rather than going on a diet and you'll be less likely to break it*
*Try and be positive. Rather than thinking " I am fat :( " Try thinking " I want to be fit and healthy!! :D "*
*Muscle burns more calories than fat*
Exercise:
Walk doggies faster
When you throw their toy run after it yourself and ATTEMPT to beat them!!
Before you go to bed do 25 pressups
Sit up straight, it burns more calories
Run up all stairs 2 at a time
Take stairs instead of lifts
Skip when nobody's watching!!
Food:
Drink lots of water
If you are craving something you shouldn't be, drink a SMALL cup of coffee or tea, they are appetite supressants
Eat more fruit and veg
Eat everything as slowly as you can, and have a sip of water inbetween each bite.
Take small bites and chew it for as long as you can.
Try and swap all your fatty foods for their low fat/sugar alternatives
Drink more water
Self control:
Listen to music
Drink a BIG glass of water
Find a fat roll and remind yourself why you want to 'change your lifestyle'
Go and do something to get your mind off it
If you really can't help yourself, only have a SMALL AMOUNT of what you want but count to 100 before you eat it and after each bite.
