There's a post on the guest board about this, but I thought I'd cast the net here too.

The local slaughter house in Aberdeen has been providing tripe for several years, but has now ceased supply due to a change in regulations. Has this affected any other parts of the UK ? Does anyone know why ? Most importantly, can anyone recommend a source of tripe in the Aberdeen area ?

Pets at Home near the beach in Aberdeen. Pet shop next to Asda at Dyce. There is also a kennel out Oldmeldrum way that sells it.

Have managed to dig out the info. on the kennels that sell tripe near Inverurie. They are called Jenala Enterprises and the phone number is 01467 671281.

When I first wanted to feed my dogs tripe I felt like NE Scotland was off the end of the world as far as most tripe suppliers were concerned but slowly but surely I have discovered those listed. I have 2 westies so although I go through a reasonable amount of tripe I don't need/can't store the minimum deliveries of some "larger suppliers".

Inverurie is too far.  I'm looking for a supplier closer to home.  Heard somebody was supplying tripe in Elgin.  Any info anybody

Redcastle do deliver.  I know that they deliver to Elgin.  They do a whole range of natural frozen meats.  Hope this helps.
