My year old cav has just begun her 2nd season. She seems out of sorts with it and more touchy than usual with our other bitch (she's spayed). Do they suffer a dog version of pmt? Any suggestions on how to perk the little un up. Thanks

i think they do my border collie acts all grumpy just before her season about five days into it she perks up a bit.Sorry no suggestions on how to perk her up yourself.

If they dont they do a very good impression of PMT.  My 3 girls who are normally lovely are evil which other.

LOL.........forgot about the evil bit.  Mine shows a lovely set of pearly whites to my neutured male up until about day nine, then flirts outragously for a few days, then back to the pearly whites.  Poor dog doesn't know if he is coming or going.
