My staffie x is recovering from a serious bout of gastroenteritis. She had an exploratory op in the middle of it all because the vet needed to eliminate a possible blockage. She was shaved on her tummy. She is slowly recovering but has now a pink/red rash has developed all over her tummy and her armpits? She doesn't seem to be bothered by it ie.scratching but it looks sore? The vet thinks it must be an allergy as it appeared once last week, then disappeared and when we got her home again from the vets it cropped up all over again? We wondered if it was due to the tummy being shaved for the op? Has anyone got any ideas please?
