
Your biggest stumbling block is finding a venue that will allow dogs. Next is paying the rent, and thirdly finding competent people to Instruct/play judge.
Also you need insurance, and as DBI no longer do cheap Insurance for dog clubs this can be quite high, as most of my freinds runing classes or Comapnion shows have found.
My nearest ringcraft folded after several decades mainly due to not enough regular trainees to pay the rent and the orgainser ill health as every one wants to train but no one wanted to do the training. A rota was drtawn up, but people would let the organisers down so would have to fill in, and they found it just too much.
Now if you have your own building then this wouldn't be a problems re rent.
