We have a boxer dog at just over one year old, he's fit and healthy in everyway, but plays alot with his toys and rubs his chin on the carpet making it red a sore, what makes it worst is that his chin is white in colour making it more visable.

My question is, is there anything ou can apply to help heal it quicker, it will be o.k for weeks then he will have been playing and it's red and sore again.

Hints, help or advive would be appreciated.
