I'm looking for a smallish stud border terrier in South West England, can anyone offer any suggestions please.

'Smallish'  Sorry, I'm sure it's not the kind of suggestion you hoped for, but in my opinion it is a stud of correct size you need to be looking for.

Why do you think a small stud dog would be of benefit? Is it because your bitch is small? or is it because she's big? If she's small, and the stud is small, the pups will probably end up small. If she's big, and the stud is small, then some puppies will finish up big and others will be small. It will not average out the size across the litter.

My advice would be to contact your bitches breeder for help finding the best, most correct stud dog to use.  Good luck with your litter.
