Hi

We now have had Riley for over a week.

Last night she was tugging on a toy and seemed to land funny on her bottom.

We dont know if we are being paranoid but we're not sure if she has maybe damaged her tail.

She held it low for a few mins afterwards but it seems fine now, she doesn't seem to be in pain and when we feel it the whole way down she doesnt seem to be in any pain.

I spoke to the vets receptionist and she said it would appear to be ok but i just wanted to check what you guys would do?

My pc is knackered so im not sure how long I can be online before pc crashing but all replies would be appreciated.

Thanks

She's probablly just bruised it slightly, like when you bang a joint - wrist or elbow.  If she's not happy in 24-48 hours Id see a vet who'll probably just prescribe anti inflams.  I keep Arnica in the cupboard for these types of knocks and bangs - good for dogs and humans :)
