If you phone the Kennel club and give your dogs name and date of birth and who the owner is (yours if you transfered the registration to your name) then they will be able to fin it on the computer and send you new registraion documents, (send them to the breeder if you haven't transfered, as they will need their signature anyway) the parents deatils will be on there, and for a fee you can ask for a KC computer generat4ed pedigree, either 3 generation black and white or one of two styles in colour.
