Stephen have you tried contacting the Wire Fox Terrier Association?  I recently bought a WFT pup (he's 9 weeks)  and I found my breeder through the association.  Try giving Hazel Bradford a ring, she's the secretary and she was extremely helpful in my search. phone 01494 713665.

Edited to add - http://www.thefoxterrierclub.co.uk    - try that address, they have a calendar of Fox Terrier shows, I believe there's quite a few coming up.  It's a good idea to go to one of these shows and chat to the breeders there before buying a pup.
