I am looking for the original owner who sold a golden pedigre bitch labrador ( short hair ) puppy to my brother back in 2000 -01, my brother purchased the dog with papers but he never registered her himself? he has lost the papers and i now own the dog but i would like to get papers for her.The kennel club told me that i need the original owners name who registered her? The registered dogs name is ( lillymay ) and the original owner lived in measteg, mid glam, wales  near the sports centre, i must stress it was a few years ago and my brother believes them to have moved from that area? I dont know if they breed labs or if this was a one off sort of litter? She is a full pedigree and the kenell club have lots of lillymay's registered in wales but they either need the owners name or the reg number, please help
