Topic Dog Boards / General / Pet food delivered to the door

Can anyone recommend any companies that deliver pet food to the door? Hubby has decided that Holly is not being fed on the BARF system and is determined to keep her on complete food. It's not worth arguing with him and as Holly like Bakers Complete we're going to stick with that.

I don't mind how big the bag is as we've got some where to store the food safely.

Thanks,

Fiona and Holly who's finally discovered the joy of food :D

Hi Pets pyjamas deliver to the door and also you can order online. They do all kinds of pet food and often run some good offers.
BARF isnt for everyone but try to slip in some fresh veges if you can
even a bit of natural yogurt in complete food will do her the world of good
best of luck with Bella though

Fiona, have you had a word with your local pet shop? Most pet shops around here offer a delivery service. Also it might be worth looking in the yellow pages to see if there are any local firms that supply and deliver pet food :-)

Hi

My local pet shop will deliver free to the door. It's worth asking around if there are any near you.
I feed Nutro and get that delivered to the door direct from the supplier with free delivery.
Purina products like Bakers are also available in most large superstores which provide their own delivery services.

I feed NatureDiet as a compromise with my fussy eater and a partner who can't stand the smell of tinned dog meat. They deliver direct to your home and it works out very reasonable.

Hi Ellie, I have been using Naturediet for a while now and think it is very good. I havn't yet found anyone else using it.
Issymum where are you located. I have a very good supplier who delivers to my door (and carries it into the kitchen). As I'm not a very organised person I usually end up phoning my order at the last minute, and I usually get my delivery the next day. Also when I work nights, he quietly delivers it round the back of the house, and just asks me to drop a cheque in the post. This is in the Kent area.

Hi Lorna,

We live in Berkshire which is probably a bit too far for your delivery people :( I've just discovered that the Focus at the bottom of the main road does Bakers Complete Puppy food in HUGE sacks, 20kg, so I'll send hubby down there to get the food.

Thanks for everyone who replied,

Fiona
