Topic Dog Boards / Feeding / Frozen pigs trotters

My butcher kindly got me a box of pigs trotters which are in the freezer.  The question is, is it safe to give my pharaoh hound a trotter straight from the freezer.  Hes already had a couple of frozen ones which he spends ages over which hasn't had any adverse affects but I thought I would check.
Thanks
Clair

I feed them defrosted I have to say but I think if your dog is used to having frozen food there shouldn't be a problem, just make sure you can watch in case of problems.

I feed my 6-month old Sibe frozen bones sometimes.  It really helps with teething and has had no adverse effects.  Also got a trotter on ice for her!
