I have a 4 year old Male Westie, and a 12 year old Female Lab/Rot mix who are absolutely inseparable, they play and hang with each other every day, the lab never ever pees in the house and will tell you when she wants to go out, the Westie is another story, I Crate trained him when he was a puppy but was really never fully trained, now at 4 he has accidents (well not really accidents he definately pees wherever he feels, mostly on side of couch or beds (furniture) but the worst thing he does is whenever I let them out my Lab will go do her thing and he will walk over to her and just lift his leg on her, we have tried to let them out separately but that doesn't always work, she can just be sitting outside or be in the garage and he will pee on her.  Should I try to crate train him again and if so would this stop him from peeing on her, and if not how do I stop it.  Please Help!!  Debbie

Sounds to me like he is marking his teritory!! I think a little snip snip may help, if not already done!! Then resume house training from the begining.

Yes this is definitely territory marking as the other poster has said.  He is just really making sure that everyone knows that your bitch belongs to him and really has nothing to do with house training because he is only probably passing a bit of wee at a time (just enough to leave his scent)
If you haven't had him castrated it might help (but not guaranteed)  We used to have a dog that did this to our other two bitches if he got the chance.  When he does it just say 'No' in a firm voice.  Its just a 'dog thing' unfortunately.
