Hi im getting married in august and need to put our 9 month old weim into kennels for the wedding day and night :-( (poss day b4 also) anyone know of nice kennels in north west kent/south east london area?

You will be lucky to find a GOOD kennel with space in August now.  If you do find one, go check it out carefully.
Dawn.

thanx, we thought we had someone who could look after her but that has fallen through so thats why we are a bit late sorting it! (and a little reluctance in booking one!)

Try the breeder as I am sure they would be more than happy to have her back:)

Yeah think i may try her, only thing is its a bit of a journey for a one or two night stay but it would be nice for them to see how much she has grown etc! thanx!

Weezie, although may be tiring, surely to know your baby is in good care will be worth the journey :)
- By weezie [gb] Date 21.03.05 21:34 UTC
Yeah definately! think i will be spending my wedding day feeling guilty anyway!!! shame she cant be a bridesmaid!!! lol!!!

How about taking them sooner so you dont habe the worry the day before?????
- By weezie [gb] Date 21.03.05 21:37 UTC
yeah may do a few days b4, but then she has to be there longer :-(  im a wuss, she will probably love it!

My two go to play with 9 other house dogs when I go away. they both sit and wine for 1/2 hour and then forget who I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But wont let me get out the room when I get back LMAO
She will be fine. Dont worry!!!!!
Lea :)

But would she really be happy being sorrounded by people and noise, or would she prefere a sofa in a house, having her own holiday ;) and she will see her doggy mummy and human grandparents!
- By weezie [gb] Date 21.03.05 21:41 UTC
yes! she is smiling already!!! at least they will know what a monkey she is too!!!
- By ice_queen Date 22.03.05 07:51 UTC
:D ahhhh but she's a monkey because of their breeding ;)  I often have fun "blaming" breeders of my dogs if they are naughty! :D all as fun, and our breeders take it all as a joke aswell!
- By weezie [gb] Date 22.03.05 20:18 UTC
Yeah thats a good point! will blame the breeder! no pup is lovely really!! :-)
- By Fillis Date 22.03.05 23:00 UTC
Believe me, you will miss her more than she will miss you. I had a 12 month old of my breeding back for a week, and didnt have the heart to tell the owners she didnt seem to give them a second thought after the first 3 or 4 hours as she was so happy playing with her mum, litter brother and older sister! :(
- By weezie [gb] Date 23.03.05 16:38 UTC
Yeah im sure you're right! thanx everyone!!
