Hi can anyone advise anything to help my fawn dobe. He has bad pimples and is losing his fur. Nothing seems to help. I have tried herbal tablets, oil in his food. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Fawn (Isabella) and blue dobes are renowned for having skin trouble. The breed clubs might be able to help; not forgetting, of course, that he should be checked over by a vet to make sure it isn't a form of mange which needs special treatment.

What is mange?

'Mange' covers a number of skin conditions caused by various mites.
