Hi

I am a member but there's a problem with the computer logging on however I have 2 staff and owned staffs for some years I have a 2 year old male Murphy who developed a bald spot on the top of his head about the size of a 10 pence piece took him to the vet carried out usual test all negative he put this down to normal growing and hormones from puppy to adult dog however this has never really grown back I treat him with Tea Tree spray from pet smart vet said it should grown back but when he did not know.  My other dog Ruby she has loses the hair on her ears when she is in season I spray with Tea Tree and vasaline to be keep moist as they go very dry.

I have spent £ going back and forth to the vet however he doesn't have bald spots anywhere else and its obviously not mites or else both dogs would be effected its got no worse but I do get him checked by the vet now and then

Ronnie ( Staffie )  has a spot ont he top of his head, its not exactly bald but the only way I can explain it is it feels as though the hair has been shaved in some way, its all there but is very very short, its stubbly.....he has been seen by the vet but she can find nothing wrong he is as fit as a fiddle!
