In about 6 days we are collecting our new puppy
Just wondering how old he has to be before he can meet our next door neighbours dogs, They are fully vaccinated.

As long as the neighbours dogs are fully vaccinated they can meet anytime. You'll need to think where though and that's where you may have a problem as ideally it should be on neutral territory - you could try your garden their's may not be the best place. It all depends how the dogs are with other dogs and if they are used to puppies at all. Be watchful and try to let them get to know each other without butting in.
