hi ya everyone im back not that anyone will have missed me but ive had a liiter of puppys so i havent had the time to post or to diet thats why ive put all my weight back on and am back to nearly 11 stone,with all the work of puppys when everything gets done ive been to tired to cook healthily,so ive just been ringing for takeaway and then going straight to bed,so as you can imagine the weight has just crept back on,so now the puppys have all gone to their new homes except the one im keeping and things are back to normal i need to do something about this so if anyone has any good recipes or ideas could you please HELP thanks....debb

nothing has happened.....just like food too much!

I have lost about a stone and a half up to now on weightwatchers, it's great because you can eat what you want, just have to watch the portion size.

I don't think they'd let me eat what I want, cos I don't want the smaller portion!  I want the WHOLE THING!  :D

Snap, exactly the same weight wise too, so I have restarted today.  With Crufts tommoroow won't ahve time or the money to eat :D

Must admit though when I got to under 10 stone I was just so cold all the time.  think it will be easier when it starts to warm up.

My legs were the worst, as I could bundle into jumpers and coats, but the legs (even though I still have thunder thighs) were just so cooolllddd.

Oh well maybe I need to get some thremal Long Johns to make up for the blubber I was used to carrying for the last 10 years.

Rohan do some great trousers called 'icelanders' fleece lined :D I was doing fine till I had to see the nurse, she told me that by her scales my weight and blood pressure were both up. So I had to come home and drown my sorrows!
