i can reassure that i love my pup and i know the procedure with breeding but if his testicle does not drop should i inform the breeder i purchased him off of this problem as it can be heredity.tammy

If you are worried right now then yes, inform the breeder.
HOWEVER,  as i said before, it could drop in the next 6 months. Keep an eye on it for now would be my advice.

Perhaps you are the guest who posted higher up the board asking if a vet can tell? Well as I said there my young dog could make his appear and disappear at will until he was nearly nine months old! Every show was a nightmare, I never knew if he would be holding them up or not!
