Hiya, just wondering if anyone comes from my neck of the woods, Cardiff? I'm just being nosey but I always wonder where people are from on this forum.
Sarah

Im in Cardiff :)
A bit disapointed that we havn't had any decent snow to speak of.
Im incredibly jealous of all the people that have had inches and inches for their dogs to play in!

Hi im not from cardiff but im not far from it im from newport gwent,i agree we aint had much snow for our dogs to play in but at least one thing its dry jen
I was disappointed too, we have just got our pup and I thought we would at least have a few flakes of snow for him to play in, but nothing as yet. On the other hand, I have just passed my driving test and I don't think I'd cope with Cardiff rush hour and snow!

im not from cardiff but i am from S. Wales. im from the Vallies and no snow here last week either :(
If you want good quality snow then you need to move up to North Wales :) We get our fair share up here most winters :)
I come from North Wales originally (Buckley), had to move down here for my job but I REALLY hope to move home one day and enjoy the real snow and the proper winters!

Hi Sarah
I live just down the road from Buckley (M. Isa) :)
Joyce
Really?! Small world huh? What dogs do you have?
Sarah
I've got 2 Löwchens (pets not showdogs), Sarah. As far as I know they're the only ones in our area. I think the nearest are in Hawarden.
What's your breed ?
aww I love the look of Lowchens, but I've only ever seen them at Crufts so there can't be that many about. We've just bought our first black labrador so it's a steep learning curve at the moment but it seems to be going well. Kobi is getting his first taste of north Wales in a few weeks actually, I'm going to see if he can manage going some of the way up Moel Famau (I imagine it will end up with me carrying him up though!). I really miss home and can't wait to move back up there after my PhD. Hope the weather is as nice there as it is here today!
Sarah
It's quite warm here today and the sun is trying its best to break through the clouds.
From my office window (in Ruthin) I've got a lovely view of the Clwydian mountains so I'll look out for you and Kobi sprinting up Moel Fammau in a couple of weeks :)
I live ten miles outside Cardiff.
