Ok I`m making well trying ;) to make goats cheese & a little while ago it was ready to be turned out & put back in the mould, of course I broke it but never mind got it back in eventually & pieced it together :D
Thing is tho the instructions only say do this 2 or 3 times more & it doesn`t give any time when to do it!!!!??? An hour 2/3, how long do I leave in between turns??? It`s still dripping by the way
