Ok I`m making well trying ;) to make goats cheese & a little while ago it was ready to be turned out & put back in the mould, of course I broke it but never mind got it back in eventually & pieced it together :D
Thing is tho the instructions only say do this 2 or 3 times more & it doesn`t give any time when to do it!!!!??? An hour 2/3, how long do I leave in between turns??? It`s still dripping by the way

Christine - I'll try & sort out some goats cheese receipe books for you for when we meet up at Crufts!!!   We've made some absolutely wonderful goats cheese - but also some absolutely terrible stuff as well - using the same recipes!!   I'll post again in more detail tonight.

OK thanks Margot. I`ve just turned it again, theres a lot more whey coming out now than before, also for amount of milk I used seems very little cheese
I got a feeling this might be a terrible one.... :D
