Hi there, we have a litter of 5 - 5 week  old pups and one of the puppies is sick after every meal they are on James Wellbeloved which is being offered at meal times with warmed puppy formular for them to lap she eats very well is about the same size as the others is full of energy do you think I should be worried or maybe she is just gorging, I have noticed she is more prone to a runny tummy than the rest too. Is it possible she has become intolerant of the milk?

It could be a number of things. If you are really worried then get the puppy checked out by the vet. As to it gorging on food, I would doubt that, as it would be more likely to get bellyache and cry. It may well be a food intolerance, there are many, milk is an obvious first stop, but I do know of some dogs who can only eat plain white boiled rice and fresh minced lamb, so it might be something in the food. I use Well beloved and have no problem with it, but I would certainly be trying all possible causes.
I'd keep an eye on all the pups as well incase others start being sick after feeding.

When the puppy is sick is it throwing up the food or is it just bile (yellow froth)?

Have you just noticed this since you started weaning the pups?

I would personally take her to the vets, sounds a little too much like megaoesophagus for my liking. Try not to worry, it would help more knowing what breed it is, GSD's are known for this problem.
