I could do with a little bit of advice here. My parents have brought a table and four chairs, in a redwood/mahogany finish. It cost £459 the set was delivered last week and the table was marked quite badly chips etc etc and blisters in the wood. The chairs were fine - they agreed to have another table it was delivered today and it too has marks, chips small blisters on it not as bad but still there and noticable.
What are their rights? can they get their money back?

Thanks Lel, Yes I have.
If you glance at the times of the posts I posted here 2 minutes before the other place not that it makes any difference. I didn't realise I couldn't post the same question on two different boards ;) You learn something new every day don't you?

Hi Kazz :) As far as I'm concerned these goods are faulty! I'm sure you would be quite within your rights to demand (at the very least) a replacement...maybe even a refund
