Not in UK, but from what I have seen in pictures they look a lot like Irish Water Spaniels. Why not contact their bred club, they are not a popular breed so chances are all the breeders know each other and will know of litters being planned or born!

Brainless is correct, they are very similar to the IWS but I think that they nearer to the size of a cocker spaniel. I also don't think there are any in the UK. Contact the Kennel Club for further information.
