No Im not getting a puppy yet waiting until the she devil is passed the Kevin stage. Anyway I am making a list of questions to ask breeder would you think I was a weirdo if I asked about your dogs poo and any wind problems no Im serious as this is the first way of telling Abby had very poorly belly and once bitten twice shy. Much as I love Abby I dont want to go down the same route twice.

No, that to me would be a sensible question - hopefully your breeder would be able to tell you if a puppy has had digestive troubles, and how they have been sorted out.

Personally, I would prefer to hang onto a puppy (as I have with kittens) until I felt that their digestive system was mature enough to leave.

Thank you Its just Abby has all these problems and I dont want to go through it again, I know that even with the best breeding there is a chance that the puppy I get can have problems but I want to ask as many questions as possible to hopefully avoid this.

If you tell them why you're asking they won't think you're weird. I once had someone who said she didn't want my first-born puppy which I thought was very odd until she explained that their 1st puppy was put to sleep at 7 mths with epilepsy which the vet thought may have been caused by brain damage during her birth.
