Topic Dog Boards / Behaviour / Jumper or Stafford?
- By kazz Date 15.02.05 20:55 UTC
That is the question. Because I am trying to do the graden ie move plants etc. I have put a fence across to keep the dogs off because they try to help me dig!!!!! the fence is 4ft high. And Tess can clear it from a standing start no run up nothing just up and over.

So either I have a Stafford or a Jumper  The jury is still out on that one. :)

my stafford can jump a 6 foot fence but she preferes an easier option she jumps on the car bonnet then roof then the fence

I thought mine was the only one with tigger like qualities and go gadget legs that propel her up to great heights with no apparent movement visible to the human eye until she leaves the ground!

As they get older they get less agile, mine can hardly get onto the sofa anymore.

I was jumped upon by a Staffie today in the park, lol. Came bounding over and just pounced up (very muddy too, oh well). Really friendly dog, but owner wasnt to happy he jumped on me, I didnt mind that much.

Both of mine are jumper uppers. Hollie can clear the 6 foot wall in the back garden from a sitting position  When we are out she spends half the time having a run and the other half doing big jumps just next to me like she's on a trampoline :D
