I have a 12 week old Border terrier pup. She has been itcy since i have had her. She has no heat spots her skin is clear and normal temp. Just genrally itchy all over.
I have read about Quistel shampoo on this site and have brought a couple of trial size shampoo's to see if this helps but i am not sure how often i should use it or how long before i notice a difference.
Or does anyone else have any ideas about the itching??
She is fed on nature diet.
Any advice would be appriciated.

Quistel do a lotion that you can spray & leave on in between shampoos, one of my cavaliers had always itched a lot & since I used Quistel on him he rarely scratches at all & nothing has changed in his diet. It was almost instant as my dog stopped scratching after a shampoo & three days of spraying with lotion(he had taken all the fur off his tummy & had horrible scabs on his tummy, skin scrapes showed nothing at all

I used both the shampoo and spray and like MM found an instant relief in the scratching.

Thank you. I have got the shampoo so will now get some lotion also. She is definatly better after the shampoo. It seems to be good stuff!

I've just bathed my "itchy"cavalier' s half brother with it as he has been a bit itchy for the past few days & he also has a grade 4 heart murmur which means he has poor circulation & his coat has come up beautifully
i got some lotion for bob at the manchester show and on the way home it leeked all of the lotionout in the boot of the car . On the monday rang quistel and they sent me a replacement bottle +2 small bottles of shampoo :-) it was brought round by one of the reps who lives near me . bobs coat has grown back realy thick you would not know he had ever had a patch there ;-)
