please can anybody help my friend she got a puppy took it to the vet for just a health check and reg him with the vets . vet says healthy then just says oh hes got a lazy eye. but both his parent had clear eye cert i told her to go to another vet see what he says. as she got him to work.

A lazy eye is not a condition listed on the eye test to a panellist could not fail a dog for it. The test is very specific in what is tested for. If I was your friend I would go and see a canine ophthalmologist and find out more about the situation and whether it is likely to clear up with age.
