Have a read of "The Perfect Puppy" by Gwen Bailey, which will give you lots of tips. It's important to remembr that this mouthing/nipping is normal puppy behaviour, and won't stop overnight, whatever you do. It'll be at least another month before you start noticing that she's not doing it as much ...

Hi,

I have a 3 1/2 year old bullmastiff.  When we got him he was the same.  It is probably just the puppy teething.  My dog certainly grew out of it when his big teeth arrived.  He is now a gentle giant.

Yep same here. My girlie used to be the same. JG is right it is normal puppy behaviour. Just remember not to encourage it, keep offering the toy. If it gets over the top put your pup outside the room for 5 or 10 mins to calm down. They soon get the message. I'm sure your bullmastiff, like mine, will grow into a big softie.
