Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can get some more information on Inflammatory Bowel Disease. My nine year old Lab has just been diagnosed with it. Thankyou.

Have a look on google there is quite a lot of information there.  I have a dog that was diagnosed with this a year ago and this was done by having an edescope and biopsy.  In her case she was passing and vomiting blood.  She was put on tagamet and antepsin until the episode was under control.   I  was advised to change her food to something she had not had before and at the moment she is ok but I do not give her anything else to eat not even treats.  I believe that this is an autoimmune related illness and in my case as she is also hypothyroid I have not had her vaccinated and will never have her done.
