My 11 week old cocker has a stuffed up nose.Vet has given AB's and anti inflammatory's - but nothing to help him breathe more easily!!The wee soul is so tired 'cos he can't breathe properly to have a good sleep. He's not off his food or drink though (which is reassuring),but can anyone suggest anything to help him?

You could try running a really hot bath and steam the room up and add olbas oil to the water
and let him stay in there to breathe in the soothing air.

A little vicks in boiling water by the side of a cage (him locked in securely)
with a towel draped over will help too (be sure he cany knock the water over)

Have tried a steamy bathroom-not much relief, but will try a bowl beside his cage(no olbas but have karvol).
Thanks very much, will let you know how it goes

Try honey and lemon in a little milk (if he can tolerate milk)
Honey is a natural antiseptic.
If he is AB's you could give him the honey and lemon in live yogurt
ideally any dog on Abs should be on live yoghurt as it increases the good bacteria (sound like the advert)

He loves goats milk so it should be a breeze.
Thanks again
