Hi I have a 8 month old lab bitch (working lines) she is doing great a really lovely girl, im just wondering when i should change her to adult food, 9 months or 12?

She is on skinners field and trial puppy at the moment, when can i change her to the adult museli (sp) ?
She is 56cm at the shoulders already, i think she is about her full height now!

Hi

Our 10month old Staff is fed Skinners muesli mix for adults and has been since 6 months. it is really used as a supplement to the other natural food we give her.We didnt bother feeding her the puppy variety at all because the only difference in the two I could see was the
% of protein, more being in the puppy. As she has eggs every morning even now and lots of other protein in her diet it wasnt a problem.
By the way our breeder recommended the food as she has used it for her Staffs for 14 years and they all love it.

I always change by six months. I like to get away from puppy food as soon as practical. I've never used their Museli but have their Ruff and Ready and find my dogs love it. It is very similar to the Masters which I usually feed.

Regards, John
