How much yoghurt should I add to my Labs feed.  She's just getting over a bad upset tummy, sorted out now by a day on chicken and rice.  I know the yoghurt should help a poorly tummy but not sure of quantities.  She's fed twice a day.

Thanks.

I gave my flatcoat a table spoon of live natural yogurt on his food once a day.

I give Barney (Briard) 1 tablespoon with each meal (3 times a day) every day.

Hope this helps.

It is the Acidophilus in bio yogurt that does the trick, and you can buy Acidophilus capsules from health food shops and on-line. They last a long time if kept in the fridge and are a lot cheaper than buying yogurt. I used to give my youngster one capsule in every meal and they worked like a charm. He doesn't need them anymore, but they were wonderful at the time. You might find them more convienient. :-)
