yesterday i noticed blood streaks in my dogs discharge this obviously warranted a trip to the vets asap, she was scanned and digitally palpated, her cervix is open and pups have very little fluid left in sac. this morning she returned for another digital palpation and labour is progressing, although slowly. last night she was given 24hrs by the vet to whelp or a section would be required. this morning's internal changed that opinion so hopefully i will have the patter of tiny paws very soon. any replies, comments, info etc would be gratefully recieved.

Your vet knows best, good luck, what day is she on ?
