I keep getting spam e mails trying to sell, viagra , printer cartridges and all other sorts of rubbish. I tried the link to unsubscribe to this but it seems to be increasing. is there anyway i can block the spam without interfering with my usual mail.

As soon as you click the UNSUBSCRIBE link, they know that they have connected to a *live* email address I'm afraid, which would explain why the spam has now increased :(

Try getting a spam blocker programme, Spam Inspector or something similar. Also, you can configure Outlook Express to bounce back or block any emails from any address , just look at the TOOLS header :)

I have started to block them When I looked in my deleted items even tho same type of ads they are from all different people
