I'm going down to Middlesex on Saturday to have a look at one.  Its a 1.8 ST P Reg.

What do you guys think, are these cars any good/reliable etc or are they generally to be avoided?!?!

My sister had one called "Celia !!"  that was a P reg, 1.8, dream of a car.  Never let her down once, Toyota are very reliable, you shouldn't be dissappointed.

Oooh good - its a P reg that I'm going to see!!  1 previous owner, full service history.... it sounds all good in the advert - fingers crossed!!

Celia the Celica - I like it!!  I may have to call mine Cedric or something!!

The old models are ok but wouldn't touch the newer versions-the advice comes from a Toyota trained mechanic lots & lots of probs with the new ones He changed jobs & went to work for another garage because of all the warranty work they had to do on them

Hi i've got a p reg 2.0gt and its fab, my friend has one to and loves hers, personally if you can find one i'd get the 2.0l as it is almost 2x the power of the 1.8 which has the looks but not the performance.

Very reliable they are too mine is now on 115,000 and runs like a dream :-)
