we lost a puppy yesterday she was a little girl the smallest one in the litter bonnie lay on her i feel so guilty i dont know how this happened ive been so careful but obviously not careful enough they were all feeding so i thought, im always counting them and hardly ever take my eyes off them there is always someone in the same room and we have pig rails carnt believe this has happened

There is nothing more you could have done.  My bitch lay on one of her pups after her second litter, leaving me with four, but had previously had a litter of 9 and was very careful.  These things happen.  Once pups eyes are open you can relax a bit as they can see to get out the way, ans will be bigger and more mobile too.
