Can anyone give me some advice on how to clean my GSD's ears?Despite the fact that I made sure I touched them when she was little to get her used to it,she won't let me near.If I do get a chance she struggles terribly.Now she is showing signs of itchiness in one.I would like a look before I take her to the vets.

Have you tried smearing peanut butter on the refrigerator door. While she's licking that off, you can check her ears. Don't know if that will work or not - I read it in a book.
