Hi.. Me and My boyfriend have been looking for a Red and White male bulldog for weeks now. His moving into his new house at the end of Jan, so we'd be ready for a puppy from the first week in Feb. We're not wanting him to show, but want him to be healthy.

We've been to see afew litters, but he's wanting one with white socks if possible. Is this uncommon, due to not seeing any.

If anyone knows anyone with a litter <we live near Leeds, but prepared to travel within reason> Please can you contact me on Foxy1adie@aol.com.. Or Ring me on 07739311629. Thanks Faye.

Waiting or looking for a pup for weeks is a very short time...many people(including myself) wait for months if not longer for the pup they want.
Bulldogs although not rare are not  a numerically huge breed and litters are not usaully large either and so you may find you need to wait for the right dog.Contact the breed club who will put you in touch with any litters available but to be honest with having such a limiting request as to the colour(ie white socks) I think you may have a long wait.
Only buy from a reputable breeder...despite not wanting to show.To buy from a backyard breeder esp with a breed with health issues you would be asking for trouble in the future.
Good luck

Have just been onto the champdogs bulldog page...theres quite a few litters available.Do not neccessarily buy the closest to you or the cheapest....buy the BEST!! ....its an investment for the next 12 years + hopefully and by doing so you will get a bully to be proud of that will be nice and healthy!!

Some of my puppy owners waited years, not weeks, hey Briedog.  Good luck in your search though :d
