Have a look at the Dalmatian Telegraph and click on Puppy List for details of available litters from reputable breeders. There are certainly breeders in Kent, but they may not have litters available right now. The secretary of the BDC (details on that link) will be able to let you know of breeders local to you, but be prepared to go on a waiting list.
