Hi Guys,
Does anyone know anything about the above virus, and I apologise if the spelling is a bit off.
This is a slightly vague post but it looks like this "may" cause death in puppies, but still trying to find out more.

Fading Puppy Syndrome - sudden death in puppies - can be caused by many bacterial or viral infections. This virus you have mentioned could well be one of the viruses that are included in this brad spectrum. Many of these bacteria and viral are resistant to anti-biotics and the anti-biotic can only help prevent a secondary infection. The best way to fight these infections is with antibodies found in the plasma of a healthy dog. We have known this practice to be carried out with much success where anti-biotics have failed.

Hi Staffie,
Thanks for that. My initial thought was that it would be something to do with fading puppy syndrome but I didn't really know anymore than that.
I will keep em peeled.

Is this the same or related to compila bacta (SP)
