Help!!!!
everything was going according to plan with the imort from vienna using pets ive just gone to book the dog on my flight which i did with no problems in august 04 and they wont except him and keep sending me to shippers instead of him fling as cargo but with me on the same flight !
has anyone bought anything in from vienna with the shipping company animals first? i dont know anything about them and im panicking about trusting my dog to them also does nayone know how much extra (than the normal flights) these people charge? :)

Sorry, can't be any help, but how much are they currently charging you? I was quoted £600 there, and £600 back! So was a definite no no!
