i have a 1 year old male bull terrier and someone wants to mate him with a 4 year old miniture shes white as well could someone tell me if this is ok to do thanks steve

Are they both hearing tested? Are they both registered? Are they both miniature bull terriers or is one standard and one miniature (sorry, your post isn't clear on that). I understand miniatures also need to be eye-tested before breeding.
