My evil hound decided to protest when I went out today (which is totally unlike her, so I put it down to the recent unsettling xmas period?)  She must have put camouflage gear on before scaling the walls and sniffing out a masterplus collar, which I bought about five months ago :rolleyes:  She has broken the main box, the collar itself is ok as to is the remote - ££'s worth of damage!!!  I dont want to have to buy a brand new one again and the main website is down so I cant ask the manufacturers if they can repair it yet, but does anyone know if and where you could just buy extra's or parts of???  Any advice appreciated :)

they are very good the people who make these I sent one back that was donated and not working it was old and I had no receipt etc.. and they said to send a cheque think for £12 or similar nyway it came back as good as new. try ring the helpline

Thanks Mattie, thats put my mind at rest :D  As long as there is hope of it working again...I dont mind paying for repairs - rather that than £130+ on a new one!!!!
