I have my hair dyed black, using a cap have lots of hair pulled through bleached and then dyed red(almost the same red as Sharon Osbourne) it normally looks great when done but the red fades really quickly and I am left with blonde my hairdresser has tried ever vibrant red at her suppliers nothing lasts. has anyone got any suggestions?

Red never lasts on my hair either - my HD says its the fastest shade to fade. I gave up in the end.

Sharon O's is a wig too I believe - no wonder its so vibrant!

Oh well I cant wear a wig what happens if I have too much to drink when out and it falls off and I put it on the wrong way.
I will have to find a different colour I normally get bored with a colour after a couple of months anyway.
Thanks

Yup,

My daughter has had her hair dyed bright Pillar Box Red (Looks much better than it sounds) but within about 2 weeks its back to faded red/pink/blonde.  She tried bright blue and that went even faster

red do fade the quickest, chemical, enivorment ect stripes the colour out, wella do a instent red colour range which last long than the nomal colours from the salon which your hd should know of,if you have any problem just give me a call on 01252310267 i can tell your the number of the colours,

I agree - red fades very fast.  How ever 'Sharon Osborne' I look when I come out of the hairdressers, it always looks faded after a week or two.  My hairdresser tells me that reds are the worst for losing colour.
