So if they're cheap enough, you can afford to buy two? What about twice the cost for vaccinations? Twice the food bill? Twice the damage from chewing? At least twice the time spent house training? Three times the time spent teaching them to walk nicely on lead (because each dog will have to be taught seperatly to start with, then walked together to learn not to pull in competition with each other.....)
Besides, no responsible breeder will sell two puppies from the same liter together, as this can lead to competition between them as genetically they are too similar. And if you buy from an irresponsible breeder, you are leaving yourself open to being taken advantage of over things like KC registration and the appropriate health tests for the breed not having been carried out.
If you want two dogs - and I have two :) Please get one puppy, love it and socialise it with other dogs, children and adults, and when it's matured (around 18 months to 2 years) get another, and your already trained dog will set the new one a good example :)
