Has anyone seen knuckle bones about? Beef/cow whichever you want to call them?

Yes plenty which I get from my dog food supplier.  I generally get them fresh but sometimes they come frozen.

NEVER cooked though.

I didn't say they were cooked! I don't feed cooked bones.

Yep, I get them Kazz - My butcher pulls out a carcass from the freezer and literally saw's the leg up for me, he helps me carry it to the car too as it fills about 4 carrier bags!  I'm assuming what we call a 'knuckle' bone is the joint, the 'ball'?  Lana loves 'em ;)
Are you having trouble getting them Karen?

Yes There is obviously either a supply problem or shortage in B'ham. They are rarer than hens teeth :)

50p each in Birkenhead Market :)

Sadly Lel once I add  the price of the petrol to get there - it may prove rather more costly :)

But think of the bargains you could pick up when there :D
