Friends ex racer greyhound has been peeing in the house today and stopping to dribble lots on an aborted walk. HE seems to have the urge to pee often then waits for the dribble for ages, he has been sick and not eaten today. More worryingly he wont drink, has his mouth open constantly and seems hot. Ive told her to call the vet. Is this a urine infection, or his prostate playing up - hes only 5 or 6 so this seems unlikely. Are greyhounds prone to this? Whats the canine equivalent of cranberry juice?

LOL,

Cranberry Juice of course :D :D :D

Seriously tho, if he won't drink the juice you can buy Cranberry tablets from Tesco's ;)  I would still take him to the vet on monday tho
If he's being sick it sounds like an infection somewhere.

Hope this helps :)
