You could try a dog gate (available from Argos) so she can be shut in but still see you. We wouldn't be without ours. HTH.

If you want the door shut for warmth why not replace a panel with perspex so she has a window and can still see you.  I understand some dogs do take a long time to settle when you move house.  The easiest is probably to let her spend time with you

Our dog barks too when a door is shut on him.  We have used baby gates for him which have worked perfectly because he has the comfort of seeing what's going on.  We only realised this when we had to take the gate down for some reason and he went absolutely mad scratching at the door.  I would definately advise baby gates too.

I would advise a stairgate!  as long as your dogs doesn't learn to jump/climb it...

A labrador can jump a baby gate! We had one for the kitchen left by the previous owners, so we didn't bother with our dog gate. All went well until a man came to estimate for some work we needed. A very large, strong man. Our Maggie sailed straight over the gate and nearly knocked him flying. Oops!! The dog gate was replaced forthwith.....

we have a dog that climbs the one on the stairs, both ways.  And the girls jump down the one form the stairs (scary as she lands in a pile) and any between doors she flys over asif nothins there!!!!
